Eagle Global Services Terms and Conditions:

 

Payment for classes must be made in full prior to attendance.

 

We operate under a NO refund policy for events, but we are willing to work with you to reschedule if necessary.

Participation in any training requires the signing of a Liability Release Waiver.

 

All information and digital media are the property of Eagle Global Services. Use of our data without explicit consent from Eagle Global Services is strictly prohibited.

 

Student Release and Waiver

1. I ACKNOWLEDGE the inherent risks, hazards, and dangers involved in shooting and firearms handling, understanding that these can result in various injuries or even death.

2. I FULLY UNDERSTAND these risks and affirm that my participation is wholly voluntary, accepting full responsibility for any resulting losses, costs, or damages.

3. I HEREBY ACCEPT all risks and responsibilities, and release Eagle Global Services and all related parties from any liability for injury, disability, or death, even if arising from their negligence.

4. I AGREE not to sue Eagle Global Services or any associated parties for any claims, losses, or damages incurred and will indemnify them against any claims made by others on my behalf.

5. I ACKNOWLEDGE that if any part of this waiver is deemed overbroad or invalid, it will be applied to the fullest extent permissible by law.

6. I CONFIRM that I have read and fully understand this agreement, recognizing that I am relinquishing significant legal rights, and sign it willingly.

7. I CERTIFY my compliance with U.S. citizenship and legal requirements for firearm possession, affirming no affiliations with criminal or terrorist organizations and ensuring all my equipment complies with applicable laws.
